Service Agreement
Please acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to the above conditions before uploading your file.
1. You represent and warrant to Password-Online that you own any data you may make available to us, by disk or electronic transfer, to enable Password-Online to perform the Service.
2.If we have reason to suspect that you may not be the owner of any data delivered under this Agreement, Password-Online is hereby authorized to cease performing the Service.
3. Confidentiality of all submitted files is guaranteed.
4. You acknowledge and agree that data delivered for completion of the decryption service may contain information that you consider confidential and that Password-Online will have access and use such confidential information to provide proof or in any way connected with the execution of the service. All Confidential Information shall remain your property.
5. Password-Online will notify you by e-mail when the Service is complete and data files deliverable under the Service, if any, are available for retrieval.
You must retrieve any such data files by downloading them from the password-online website within 30 days after notice of completion of the Service is given.
Password-online will not be responsible for and may delete any such files after such 30-day period ends.
